“Las 4 Torres” is a special mansion located in the centre of Alella. This majestic house, rebuilt in 1629, is located in the historical centre of this small village at 14 km from Barcelona.
The first known date of the palace is from 1235, when it was property of Galceran de Banyeres. In the XVI century, this house was already known as Las 4 Torres, hence it has fours towers that crown the building, despite the actual structure differs from the one before.
It has a rectangular floor, flanked in every single nook with a tower which has a squared floor and they are covered with a four slope roof.
It is made by two floors; in the noble floor there is an entrance hall, a hall, a living room, a dining room, one kitchen and five bedrooms with their own bathrooms, in the second floor there is a hall, two double bedrooms with their own complete bathrooms, a dressing room and a living room.

Quím Batlle is a cellar built by Quim Batllé when he decided to buy 3 hectares in the highest part of the Serralada Marina.
Its location is far from the noise, the pollution, and with breath taking views to the Mediterranean Sea and Barcelona, surrounded by ecologic vineyards. The winery is a warehouse of 200 m2, whose doors are designed with wood from the old diligence linking Barcelona with Tiana. Apart from this warehouse, there is a room of about 100m2 with spectacular views, designed for special tastings and activities. They also have a garden with a veranda.
